All returned items are required to have a Return Authorization Number. (Call (800) 280-9808 for your RA#)
Any merchandise returned without a RA# will be refused.
All merchandise ordered and subsequently refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to inbound and outbound freight.
No cash refunds.
All credits issued are to be applied toward future purchases.
