Return Policy
- Halo Greetings must be notified within 10 days of receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise. (Please call for prompt response.)
- All returned items are required to have a Return Authorization Number. (Call (800) 280-9808 for your RA#)
- Any merchandise returned without a RA# will be refused.
- All merchandise ordered and subsequently refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to inbound and outbound freight.
- No cash refunds.
- All credits issued are to be applied toward future purchases.
